Join us for an afternoon of performed readings of excerpts from new play by recent MFA Playwriting graduates of The Lir Academy. These plays are directed and performed by professionals creatives and cast.

Our graduates have been guided through our one-year immersive programme by Course Director Graham Whybrow (former literary manager of the Royal Court). Tutors on the course include Gavin Kostick (Fishamble), Karin McCully (Rough Magic) and Thomas Conway (Gate Theatre).

The graduate playwrights taking part are Mary Coleman, Carrie Barrett, Clodagh Healy and Lucy Holmes.

Scripted is a Lir Academy event that is made possible by the support of the Patricia Leggett Scholarship and endowment with thanks to the Curley family.
