Other Experience
Louisa Sanfey is a theatre director based between Dublin and London. She gained a BA in Serbian/Croatian and East European Studies at UCL before coming to the Lir to study for her MFA in Theatre Directing. As Director her credits include: Foxfinder (The Lir Studio 1), The Walls (Edinburgh Festival Fringe), The Gut Girls (Bloomsbury Theatre) and The Tempest (RSC Open Stages). As Assistant Director: Angel Meadow (ANU Productions, dir. Louise Lowe), Oedipus (The Lir, dir. Wayne Jordan), I Lombardi (Bloomsbury Theatre, dir. Jamie Hayes) and Networking Memories (DAH Teatar, dir. Sanja Krsmanovic-Tasic). Louisa also works as an audio describer and access coordinator for theatre, most recently creating an immersive access performance for Angel Meadow (ANU Productions and HOME Manchester).
