Originally from Harrison, New York, Emma holds a BA in English from Harvard University. While at Harvard, her play “GHOST” was performed in the Adams Pool Theater, and her play “The Revivalists”, written as her senior thesis project, was awarded the Thomas T. Hoopes Prize for outstanding undergraduate work. In 2017 her short play, “Bean Town”, will be performed at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin. Emma’s work as a nonfiction writer has been featured in The Harvard Advocate and Electric Literature, and is forthcoming in The Madison Journal of Literary Criticism.
