Cecilia Mondadori is a Brazilian designer and architect who graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in São Paulo, with additional training in acting at SP Escola de Teatro and in contemporary dance at the Escola do Teatro Bolshoi no Brasil. With experience in exhibition design, she was part of the teams that worked on the renovation of the Museu do Ipiranga, one of Brazil's main cultural institutions, and on the Bienal de São Paulo, the largest contemporary art event in the Southern Hemisphere. Alongside her design work, Cecilia has been exploring illustration, with a special focus on collage techniques across various projects.
In 2024, she was awarded the Haddad Fellowship to pursue the MFA in Stage Design at the Lir Academy, where she aims to deepen her research on theater and set design in unconventional spaces, with a multidisciplinary approach that combines her two fields of expertise: stage and architecture.
