Goodbye to Anne O'Mahony, Head of Wardrobe
The staff, teachers and students of The Lir would like to say a huge thank you and good luck to the wonderful Anne O'Mahony who was our Head of Wardrobe for two years. Anne, along with her team of Stage Management, Technical Theatre and Theatre Design students were responsible for creating the wonderful costumes that were used in all eight productions last year as well as numerous in house productions. Anne started her theatre career as a wardrobe assistant at The Abbey Theatre and then became a freelance costume maker for major Irish theatre companies as well as international film productions.
We wish Anne every success in her future endeavours and hope to see her in The Lir again soon.
