This visit will explore the theme of Diverse Voices: The Challenges and Opportunities in Diversifying the Curriculum

Gbadamosi is celebrated for his award-winning novel, Vauxhall, and plays Stop and Search, and most recently, Abolition, re-published to critical acclaim on flipped eye.

The Lir Academy is hosting an “In Conversation with Gabriel Gbadamosi” on Thursday, 28th November from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM in Studio 2 at The Lir Academy. The theme for the session is “Challenging Racialised Identities and Finding Your Own Voice: Perspectives from Black Playwrights”.

This event is open to the Lir and Trinity community and this initiative aims to amplify Black and Global Majority voices, to foster diversity and inclusion, to promote understanding, and to enhance culturally competence among staff and students.
